Aaron was great to work with. He was very helpful when we were making decisions by giving us great information about the neighborhood and answering all our questions. He helped us decide a good asking price and help us picked ways to update the house before going on the market to get a broad appeal. His coming soon campaign created lots of interest in our house on the first weekend and we received multiple offers after being on the market for only 3 days. Most of the offers were over asking. He helped go over all the details of the offers and decide what was best for us. He was very helpful in dealing with negotiations and all issues that came up along the way. Without his efforts I do not think we would have sold the house quickly or gotten as good a deal as we got.

From the beginning of our experience Aaron showed his level of patience with new homebuyers, and that was a huge plus. I had tons of questions to ask about everything, and he always got back to me extremely quickly. I never felt rushed into seeing a place, nor did I feel rushed or pressured into the offer that has gotten me an excellent starter home. Aaron stayed on the ball with the selling agent, my broker, the settlement group, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Even after the paperwork was all signed, Aaron was emailing my condo association getting me answers. When I decided that I wanted a place to buy, I had never owned before and knew nothing about the process or where to begin.  A friend of mine had told me about Aaron Browning so I contacted him for help.  He instantly gave me all the tools I needed to find the perfect home for me and we began searching together.  Aaron was wonderful at explaining the process to me and made sure to hold my hand through every step.  Buying a home is a very stressful time for everyone but Aaron made it a point to take all of the stress he could off of my shoulders and was willing to handle everything that he could on my behalf.  At points, I wanted to give up but he was determined to make sure at the end of this process, I had my dream home and he succeeded.  I just closed on the condo of my dreams and could not be happier with the outcome.  The greatest thing about Aaron that I don’t think you can easily find these days is that he puts the needs and desires of his client over his potential commission.  He cares so much about his clients and gives 110% for them day and night.  I will definitely use Aaron again if I ever want to sell my condo but, then again, who would want to sell their dream home?
