During the spring of 2011, we received orders to the Pentagon and started looking for a new home in Northern Virginia. Being that we both were not from Virginia, the prospect of finding a realtor was a nerve racking endeavor. Luckily we found Aaron. From the very first meeting, Aaron was enthusiastic, completely prepared, and ready to dedicate the entire weekend to our house hunting effort. After a very long weekend and countless house showings, we came away thoroughly impressed with Aaron. In one weekend, we had found a great home and successfully submitted a sales contract. But that was only the beginning. After we returned to Ohio to wrap up our affairs and prepare for the move, Aaron continued to make sure the home buying process proceeded smoothly in our absence. From the beginning of our experience Aaron showed his level of patience with new homebuyers, and that was a huge plus. I had tons of questions to ask about everything, and he always got back to me extremely quickly. I never felt rushed into seeing a place, nor did I feel rushed or pressured into the offer that has gotten me an excellent starter home. Aaron stayed on the ball with the selling agent, my broker, the settlement group, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Even after the paperwork was all signed, Aaron was emailing my condo association getting me answers. I guess what I’m saying is that Aaron went above and beyond in my opinion, and has earned himself a lifelong client!

When I decided that I wanted a place to buy, I had never owned before and knew nothing about the process or where to begin. A friend of mine had told me about Aaron Browning so I contacted him for help. He instantly gave me all the tools I needed to find the perfect home for me and we began searching together. Aaron was wonderful at explaining the process to me and made sure to hold my hand through every step. Buying a home is a very stressful time for everyone but Aaron made it a point to take all of the stress he could off of my shoulders and was willing to handle everything that he could on my behalf. At points, I wanted to give up but he was determined to make sure at the end of this process, I had my dream home and he succeeded. I just closed on the condo of my dreams and could not be happier with the outcome. The greatest thing about Aaron that I don’t think you can easily find these days is that he puts the needs and desires of his client over his potential commission. He cares so much about his clients and gives 110% for them day and night. I will definitely use Aaron again if I ever want to sell my condo but, then again, who would want to sell their dream home? |
